I think this is among the best things that has happened to the Doctor Who franchise.

Gillian Anderson! I used to think she was okay during my childhood, but then when I saw her as Lady Dedlock. My opinion of her changed dramatically. SHE IS FIERCE.

Gillian Anderson makes me go kjASAJHGDJH. Bleak House! I loved that. Funny story: I read the book because I heard Gillian had been cast in it, and I wanted to know if she had a good role to play (not that I was particularly worried, with it being a Dickens and all) and then by the time I finished the book, I was more worried about whether Gillian would do Lady Dedlock justice. What a full circle that was. ANYWAY: GILLIAN = PRETTY; this is about as much as my brain can come up with right now.

(Of course I don't mind! Friends are great. I'll add you back, if that's okay? Wheeee, friends!)

Hahaha. Full circle indeed. And, I applaud thee for reading it beforehand. I think I have three Dickens novels that I want to read and yet I keep pushing it further down my list. For some reason, I love watching Dickens adaptations rather than reading it. Its easier to deal with the sad parts when it just lasts a few minutes rather than hours and days. :)

BUT YES GILLIAN IS TOO PRETTY.
