Ok, it's not a lot. Small drabble for The X Files.
Title: Fear
Characters: Scully, Mulder
Pairing: Mulder/Scully
Rating: Oooh..G? PG? Nothing higher!
A/N: Feel like doing small little character pieces at the moment. I'm on Easter break soon, so all the other, longer, pieces I've promised will get done then.
She's stared down evil in all it's guises, human, monster, imaginary and inflicted, but none of it has phased her. She's faced down fear before, for herself, for others, for the future, and she still can't shake a few lingering irrationalities that nag her in the dark. She's stood through doubt, failure, deception and incredulity and all because of one man. She wants to think that nothing can reach her. It's standing there, alone in her dark apartment and waiting, that makes her realise. The only thing she's afraid of now is being without him, so when he steps through her door, letting himself in as he is wont to do, she clings to him and doesn't think about letting him go.
Nothing much...if there's a character you'd like to see me try, pick a fandom...I might do a few of these, one for each character I'm assigned for the longer things...might help me get a feel of them!
