Okay people, here is a 'dear god, I can't make decisions on my own' type plea (it was also going to be a poll, with ticky boxes, but lj refuses to allow it. Again). Please to be helping me!
If you had a set amount of money that was definitely for spending, what would you buy?
A big boxset thing, costing just about all of the money
B) Lots of little things (dvds, clearly) and then maybe save some

Date: 2007-02-07 07:53 pm (UTC)I'd say Option A) The Boxed Set. Because with boxed sets, you very rarely have the chance to finally get it and normally you end up putting it off, and now you have the chance, so I vote you take it. Just make sure you shop around for the boxed set and try to find the absolute cheapest price possible. That way, you might get some money to spare.
*snuggles Moog* Oh, and my GW Series 1 dvds came today. :D You're my surgeon. You're my surgeon bitch.

MAC: Gas her, fucker.
GUY: Sew it up, gimp.
I hope you cherish and enjoy, my sweet! My favourite episode is, I think, episode 7 of series 1, closely followed by episode 5.
And I have shopped around for the boxed set. The cheapest I can get it is just under £50. Never mind, I'm sure it's worth it!

Date: 2007-02-07 10:35 pm (UTC)I will of course cherish it. I need to decide which are my fave epsiodes. At the moment, they just all blur together into a technicolour orgy of solid gold hilarity, Sue White's fine legs (and mentalist qualities) and sexy Mac.

Date: 2007-02-08 04:48 pm (UTC)I would lurve that too but alas, I already have 3 of them on dvd so I guess I'll just get them all separately. But if you get that boxed set and crazily decide you wasted your money, I will buy it from youuuuu.
Yup. I have a crush on Mac. I have a crush on Sue.

Date: 2007-02-08 08:35 pm (UTC)Dude, Jane Tennison is FTW. Always has been, always will. There's kickass, and angst and ohhh Helen you so purty.
PS- It's been a while since I've seen the few I have and so I cannot really remember if I have favourites or not. Sowwy. But they are all top-notch.

I was going to like Jane Tennison. There was no hope!
And I wasn't really dismissive and blah about Teh Mirren. I was just unaware of her brilliance! You do clearly have taste. *snuggles you*
