I've never made anything as complicated as the header-thing at the top of it in photoshop before and it took me two and half hours (!!!) so I am quite proud of it and would value opinions. *uses puppy eyes*

On the topic of writing news, I finished my Crucible coursework, thank God, and wrote an Abigail/Elizabeth piece to go with it to get it the hell out of my system, so if anyone wants to read that, I can put it up here. I'm also in the middle of writing a Fiona/Duckface (from Four Weddings and a Funeral), so again, anyone interested? (Side note - heee, look at all those girlslash pairings!)
Er, okay, so I'm not technically doing Mary McDonnell. More's the pity ;-)
In other news, I am currently procrastinating over doing my English coursework even though it's good - a film review, and I chose The Remains of the Day - and ignoring the fact that we have family over, even though I like them. Alas.
Am currently sending envious glares in America's general direction because the new season of BSG started over there yesterday. Damn them.
I caught the tail of Sneakers last night, and now I want to see the rest of it. I loved Mary McDonnell; her role came across all light and fun but at the same time focused and capable. *sigh* There goes more of my money!
Two last random things:
- I want a new mood theme now.
- I'm going to start using quotes or lyrics for a subject because I don't like the blank box. It's mocking meeeee!

I got my dvd of Sneakers in HMV and it was dirt-cheap, so try your nearest bigggest branch of HMV for some Mary adorableness. Her role is exactly as you describe it. And there is the cutest (and sexy too) Mary dancing!
