I scribbled down tons of stuff while watching the baftas; that plus pictures of love will be arriving tomorrow. Stick with me!

Found on [livejournal.com profile] cappuccinogirl's livejournal.

1: Grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 18, find line 4. Write down what it says:

There are two within equal distance:

First one = "but, ah! They did not speak so nicely as the strange young man had done." Tess of the d'Urbervilles

Second = "would have caved into blackmail like that?" Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

2: Stretch your left arm out as far as you can. What do you touch first?
The speakers in front of me, my bed post with a hat hung on it behind me and nothing to the left hand side.

3: What is the last thing you watched on TV?
The 2006 baftas.

4: WITHOUT LOOKING, guess what the time is:
12.15am

5: Now look at the clock, what is the actual time?
12.23am

6: With the exception of the computer, what can you hear?
My alarm clock, the old fashioned type, ticking.

7: When did you last step outside? what were you doing?
Oh dear. Yesterday, to go food shopping and looking at cars with my mother.

8: before you came to this website, what did you look at?
This website as in livejournal as a whole, or this page? Before this, I was looking at [livejournal.com profile] cappuccinogirl's livejournal and before that I checked Veritaserum because Harry Potter is my sad fandom.

9: What are you wearing?
Red/pink slipper socks with little cat heads dangling off them, black pyjama bottoms, a grey thin-strapped nightie that's too low cut to sleep in without..well, you know, and a big fluffy, pink, dressing gown that provides me with regular static shocks.

10: Did you dream last night?
I did, and I could remember the dream this morning but not anymore.

11: When did you last laugh?
Sometime during the baftas. I don't remember which part.

12: What is on the walls of the room you are in?
Damn. Ok, there's a poster of Season 1 Mulder and Scully, a poster for "Dance With a Stranger", the "I Want to Believe" poster, a poster of a skyline of New York as seen from over the river, a cork board thing with random stuff (lists, photos, mementos etc) on it, a piece of paper with a [livejournal.com profile] potterpuffs remus/sirius on it and then the lyrics to Coldplay's "Fix You", a Doctor Who poster with Christopher Eccleston and Billie Piper, a little poster with lots of faces on it named "Have a Day", a card from Fran with Sigourney Weaver on it, two glossy pics of Gillian Anderson, also from Fran, a b+w poster of the Chrysler building, a poster that has a b/w tree on it and the words "Classic Novels" to promote the Bronte Parsonage Museum and finally a promo pic of House that says "What price genius?" next to a promo pic of Cuddy that says "What price honesty?". Phew. Oh, and a b/w poster of teh Johnny Depp. And three postcards from my friend about films.

13: Seen anything weird lately?
Yeah, Renée Zellcan'tspellhername wearing a dress I actually liked.

14: What do you think of this quiz?:
It's at least original, though it forced me to type lots about my room!

15: What is the last film you saw?
Film? I had the recent 'Phantom of the Opera' on today, while I was doing three hours worth of physics.

16: If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy first?
Somewhere to live in England, America and France. Then save the rest and go buy many, many dvds.

17: Tell me something about you that I don't know:
I have minor obsessive/compulsive disorder when it comes to washing my hands or leaving a bathroom.

18: If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you change?
Ok, this is weird, but I think that 'that-time-of-the-month' products should be free. I mean, think how much money women could save! Yeah. I'm odd. Or you know, let's end world hunger and cure cancer.

19: Do you like to dance?
Ha. Hahahahah. No.

20: George Bush: is he a power-crazy nutcase or some one who is finally doing something that has needed to be done for years?:
I don't think about him much; when I do, I don't like him.

21: Would you ever consider living abroad?
Yes, I'd love to live in France. Or somewhere that uses French as a primary language.
