Auuuugh, oh god, my internet connection lately has been the actual worst. JUST. STAY. CONNECTED. jfc. Apparently sometimes a full bar of signal actually means NO SIGNAL, obviously. What even.

ANYWAY, this is to say a huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who has commented on the bakery au - you have been so amazingly wonderful, and some of the things you have said have legitimately left me speechless. I just - thank you all so, so much, and I want to take the time to reply properly to everyone but my internet is really dubiously reliable at the moment and keeps swallowing LJ comments and generally messing me about, but I am definitely going to reply properly! I didn't want anyone to think I was ignoring them, or - idk, just, I genuinely am blown away by some of the things people have said, so thank you, and as and when my stupid internet connection allows, I want to say that again, and better. FOR NOW, HEARTS EVERYWHERE, I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING SPRINKLED WITH RAINBOWS, YOU ARE ALL THE BESTS. ♥

READ IT NOW. RIGHT NOW. R I G H T N O W. STOP LOOKING AT THESE WORDS AND GO READ THAT FIC. GO. GO. GO. This is the Andrew/Jesse fic. All shall look upon it and despair etc etc etc I SHALL DIMINISH AND GO INTO THE WEST. MY LOVE FOR THIS IS AT SHOEBOX LEVELS, OKAY. IT SHARES SHOEBOX'S SPACE IN MY HEART. Robin's tumblr (http://robin-sparkles.tumblr.com) also brings joy to my soul on a daily basis as I creep from afar, etc etc etc.

OH GOD AND ALSO EVERYTHING AT veritasrecords. Place That Don't Know My Name (http://community.livejournal.com/veritasrecords/98662.html) is my favourite fic in this fandom. It is one of my favourite fics in any fandom. It guts me, but in the best possible way. I just. It's a Doctor Who crossover based on the quote by Aaron Sorkin that after the depositions, Eduardo just disappeared off the face of the earth. Therefore, obviously, he was with the Doctor. There is a sequel too, and I just - I cannot. I can't even caps. If you only read one fic here, make it that one. ALSO BY antistar_e, A HOGWARTS AU; A HIS DARK MATERIALS AU; A SERIAL KILLER AU. The serial killer au is chilling and awful and amazing; the daemon au is brilliantly observed; the Hogwarts au is PERFECT. I WILL STAN THESE FICS UNTIL I DIE, but most of all the Doctor Who crossovers, for the reason that all the characters are pitch perfect, the plot is so well thought-out and realized that it makes me want to die, the writing is so incredible it makes me want to smash my laptop Eduardo-style, and essentially auuuuugh I AM STANTASTIC OVER HERE, GO READ EVERYTHING THERE RIGHT NOW.

Harvard-era, roughly following canon so far, and their relationship is the most lovely, and Mark is the most in love in his own stupid Mark way, and also PRINCE WARDO OWNS EVERY SINGLE PART OF MY HEART. TAKE ANOTHER LITTLE BIT OF MY HEART NOW BAAAAAAABY etc etc etc. It's still a WIP, and it's being updated at one of the kink meme overflow posts, but there's a link at the end there to take you to that comment thread.
