The Battlestar Galactica season two dvds arrived....yeah, actually, they arrived on Tuesday. I have not watched a single episode yet. "Gasp!" I hear you all say, "Why is that?" That is because during the stay at my darling aunt's, she introduced me to 24 and then told me to take the boxsets home so I could watch them all.

Nina Myers is so my girlfriend.

Plus, I love my Battlestar so I don't want to watch it when my attention is currently elsewhere (NINA). Therefore, I shall save it until I am done with 24 and can give it (LAURA) my full fangirling attentions.

It's so hard choosing between my evil girlfriend and my space girlfriend! (By the way, people who watch 24, SAY NOTHING ABOUT PLOTS because I am trying to stay as un-spoiled as possible, kay?)

Default Icon

This is my default icon because I decided that Scully must always be my default icon, and I was getting a bit bored of the old one...I like this one because of the repetition and varying colours, plus the pretty text box and red stripe thing. I just like it!

Oldest Icon

I can't remember which one of these is the oldest. I love my Mulder headdesk one, mainly because it so nicely sums up a lot of my moods, and the Scully one is the old default.

Newest Icon

To be fair, my default is my newest, because I made these two one after the other and I uploaded the default last, but you've already seen that one ;)

Saddest Icon

I was torn between this one and the other Ten icon, but I went for this one because I have never, ever cried so much at a tv programme as I did at Doomsday, and this just reminds me of it. So, this is the one I would use when feeling sad.

Happiest Icon

This might seem an odd choice for 'happiest', but either this or the Marcia/Felicity is and the Marcity one looks post-coital whereas this one just looks Mary-pwning and sweet. And this one is the one I use the most right now and it makes me smile.

Angriest Icon

Again, I don't really have an 'angriest' icon, but I always think Cuddy looks like she's either going to hit someone or burst into tears here and I can use this as a 'wtf' face.

Cutest Icon

Sexiest Icon

It's the inter-fandom hot witch slash icon. I love it, I love them and I love the sex that they would have. *fans self*

Funniest Icon

Ok, so this might not be entertaining to most people. I see it and think of the episode it came from and it makes me giggle.

I guess I would use this if anything snarky took my fancy. She smirks well.

Favourite 'fandom' Icon

X-Files will always be my most beloved fandom and I do really, really love this icon. Look at the dazzled way they gaze at each other. It's so love.

...all the icons I use are ones I made myself but icon makers of YAYE are nyuszi, call_me_daisy, missfoxie, mullally, miss_atom and smugfaction. Yeah, so that's most of my friend-list. (And ohhh, if you read this and make icons and know I see the icons, poke me and I will be all sorryful for not remembering - Nina is stealing my brain - and add you on there!)

I already mentioned the over-use of the Mary/Katee, and I do use Mulder and his headdesk too much and many of the others, but I do find myself just picking this one a lot.

It's the default and it's predictable but I really do love it to pieces.

Animated icons are... Well, I like most of them. I think it depends on the amount of animation and the skill of the icon-maker. I'm picky ;)
In general, I think icons are... Wondeful; an easy way to express fandom preferences, mood and a brief overview of yourself via the userpics page. *nods*

Anyone who wants a go (and/or is bored like me!) then do the meme, but I won't tag people. All the icons above were made by me - I'm not an icon snob, and I like icons that other people make more than I like most of the ones I make, but...I'm not sure what it is. Of course, if someone made me an icon especially for meeeee, I'd use that ;)
